Spain-compliant invoices, built into your store
Verifactu Pro turns every paid order into an electronic invoice that meets Spain's Verifactu rules — official QR, chained hash and real-time submission to the Tax Agency (AEAT) with your digital certificate.
A real invoicing system — not a PDF generator
From issuing the invoice to filing your VAT, Verifactu Pro covers every obligation of Spain's e-invoicing law.
Compliant invoice on every order
Each paid order automatically becomes an invoice with the “Veri*factu” QR code, a SHA-256 hash chained to the previous one and immutable, gap-free numbering per series and fiscal year.
Real-time submission to the AEAT
In active mode every record is sent to the Tax Agency through the official web service with mutual-TLS authentication using your digital certificate — and you get the AEAT acceptance code (CSV).
Automatic corrective invoices
Refunds, cancellations and order edits automatically issue the matching corrective invoice (R1–R5) referencing the original, with no parallel numbering and a full audit trail.
Held when over €3,000 with no Tax ID
Invoices above €3,000 with no buyer Tax ID can't be simplified: the app holds them and alerts you until the buyer is identified — and handles foreign EU VAT numbers (IDOtro) correctly.
VAT reports & invoice ledger
Output VAT per quarter, an annual breakdown by rate and a CSV issued-invoices ledger for your accountant — plus income-tax (IRPF) withholding on the PDF when you need it.
Automatic custody backups
Keep your legally-required copy without lifting a finger: scheduled email ZIP and real-time copies to your SFTP, Dropbox and Google Drive — with your own credentials, encrypted.
Receipts at your Shopify POS counter
Sell in your physical store too: after every Shopify POS sale you hand the invoice as a receipt with its «Veri*factu» QR — by email, showing the QR on screen or printed on your receipt printer.
Built around the AEAT, not just a nice PDF
Most “Spanish invoice” apps from 2018–2022 only render a PDF and never reach Verifactu. Verifactu Pro is a real Sistema Informático de Facturación: the official AEAT hash formula (verified byte-for-byte against the Tax Agency's own test vectors), the global hash chain per taxpayer, real-time mutual-TLS submission and the full legal casuistry — corrective invoices, the €3,000 rule and foreign Tax IDs — at a single-purpose price, not an expensive ERP.
- Official AEAT SHA-256 hash + global chain per taxpayer
- Real-time mTLS submission with your FNMT certificate
- Full case coverage: R1–R5, €3,000 rule, foreign VAT
Compliant in three steps
1. Add your details & certificate
Enter your Tax ID and business name, upload your digital certificate (stored encrypted) and choose active Verifactu mode — testing first, then production.
2. Sell as usual
Every paid order issues its invoice automatically, with the QR and hash, and is submitted to the AEAT in real time. The customer gets the PDF in their language.
3. Keep control & file
Track each invoice's AEAT status, fix held ones in a click, export your VAT ledger for your accountant and let the automatic backups guard your custody copy.

Frequently asked questions
What is Verifactu?
Verifactu is the Spanish e-invoicing standard set by Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024: invoicing software must produce records with a chained hash, an official QR and, in the “Veri*factu” mode, real-time submission to the Tax Agency (AEAT).
Does it send invoices to the AEAT?
Yes, in active mode. Each record is submitted in real time over the official SOAP web service with mutual-TLS, authenticated with your digital certificate, and the app stores the AEAT acceptance code (CSV).
Do I need a digital certificate?
For active mode you need a Spanish FNMT certificate (or equivalent) belonging to the taxpayer. It's stored encrypted and only used to sign the submission. Without it the app still generates the compliant invoice with its QR and hash.
What happens with orders over €3,000 without a Tax ID?
By law they can't be simplified invoices. The app holds them (not sent to the AEAT) and alerts you; you add the buyer's Tax ID and it's issued as a full invoice. Foreign EU VAT numbers are handled correctly too.
In what language does the customer get the invoice?
The invoice PDF and email are produced in the buyer's language (Spanish, English, French, Italian, German or Portuguese). The merchant admin is in Spanish.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. Verifactu Pro issues and submits the invoices and gives you VAT reports and the issued-invoices ledger in CSV. Those figures are a guide — your accountant files the official VAT returns.
