Will my number get banned?
No. WhatsDesk uses only the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It never uses unofficial automation or WhatsApp Web, which is what gets numbers banned.
In what languages are messages sent to customers?
Customer-facing messages are sent in the languages your store has installed, picked by each customer's language with a sensible fallback. The app admin is available in 6 languages.
